PTS ACCREDITED TO MATRIX STANDARD

Port Training Services, the UK’s leading provider of the Port Operative Apprenticeship program, has been accredited to the matrix Standard, demonstrating the high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) procedures that they provide to learners and potential learners on the program, ensuring they receive a first-class, impartial service which is appropriate to their individual needs.
Port Training Services (PTS) is a specialist training provider delivering fully accredited, industry recognised qualifications across multiple sectors including heavy industrial, offshore renewables and the port sector, ensuring delegates receive the knowledge, training and skills for them to operate safely and competently. PTS train all of the Port of Blyth’s Operatives and PTS’ team of experienced training instructors travel the country to deliver port-specific apprenticeships, NVQs & other cross-sector qualifications to apprentices located at ports across the UK.
PTS operates from the state-of-the-art Energy Central Learning Hub which is an all-new £15m STEM education & vocational training facility based at the Port of Blyth. Located at the heart of one of the UK’s largest clean energy clusters, PTS offers a range of high-quality practical & vocational courses to support delegates to progress their career in the clean energy sector.
The matrix Standard is the international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice, and/or guidance (IAG), either as their sole purpose or as part of their service offering.
