Our website may use cookies to collect small amounts of data to identify you as a previous visitor to our site, enhance and speed performance, and to measure usage of the site to help us improve it.

Cancellation Policy:

 Cancellation by the Client:

  1. In the event of a delegate making a full or partial cancellation of their place on a PTS course or room booking, the following charges will apply:
    • More than 28 days’ notice prior to first day of the course/booking: No charge
    • 15-27 days’ notice prior to first day of course/booking: 50% charge
    • 0-14 days’ notice prior to first day of course/booking:100% charge
  2. As a delegate, if you do not attend a course and have not previously informed us in writing, the full course fee remains payable.
  3. One delegate can be substituted for another at any time prior to the course date without any charge.

Cancellation by Port Training Services:

We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. In these circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and given the option to transfer to another course date, or offered a full refund of any course fees paid. We reserve the right to cancel any room booking at any time.

Subcontracting:

Port Training Services (PTS) is committed to delivering high quality apprenticeships that meet the needs of Apprentices and our clients (employers). Further details can be found in our Subcontracting with Port Training Services document.
